欧瑞认证有限公司（简称"欧瑞认证"，英文简称 ESC）是经国家认证认可监督管理委员会（CNCA）批准、中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）认可的独立第三方认证机构，认证机构批准号 CNCA-R-2017-378，CNAS 认可注册号 CNAS C258-M。公司成立于 2016 年，总部坐落于杭州市萧山区钱江世纪城核心CBD，立足长三角、服务全国，致力于为各类组织提供专业、客观、公正的认证服务，以合格评定传递信任、服务发展。
欧瑞认证依法取得 CNCA 认证机构批准书，批准业务范围涵盖质量管理体系、环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系、信息安全管理体系、信息技术服务管理体系等管理体系认证，以及无形资产和土地服务、建筑工程和建筑物服务、批发和零售业服务、住宿与食品饮料服务、运输服务、不动产服务、科学研究服务、在收费或合同基础上的生产服务、污水和垃圾处置、公共卫生及其他环境保护服务等服务认证领域。
2021 年 12 月，公司获得 CNAS 认可（认可注册号 CNAS C258-M），在认可范围内颁发的认证证书纳入国际互认体系，在全球主要经济体通行采信。公司严格执行 CNAS-CC01、CNAS-CC105、CNAS-CC125 等认可准则与 GB/T 19011《管理体系审核指南》要求，建立并持续保持有效的机构内部管理体系；认证实施规则全部依法向 CNCA 备案，可通过国家认证认可监督管理委员会信息平台公开查询。
（一）管理体系认证
ISO 9001 质量管理体系、ISO 14001 环境管理体系、ISO 45001 职业健康安全管理体系、GB/T 50430 工程建设施工企业质量管理规范、ISO/IEC 27001 信息安全管理体系、ISO/IEC 20000 信息技术服务管理体系；并可根据客户需要提供 ISO 13485 医疗器械质量管理体系、ISO 22301 业务连续性管理体系、GB/T 31950 企业诚信管理体系、GB/T 39604 社会责任管理体系、ISO/IEC 27701 隐私信息管理体系、ISO/IEC 42001 人工智能管理体系等其他管理体系认证服务。
（二）服务认证
覆盖建筑工程和建筑物服务、无形资产和土地服务、批发与零售服务、住宿与食品饮料服务、餐饮及餐饮配送服务、运输服务（含陆路、水路、航空运输及支持性辅助运输）、不动产服务、科学研究与专业技术服务、在收费或合同基础上的生产服务、污水和垃圾处置、公共卫生及其他环境保护服务等领域；并可依据已备案的实施规则提供商品售后服务、餐饮服务、物业管理等服务认证。
技术支撑。公司按照认可规范要求开展技术领域划分与专业能力分析评价，以技术领域专业特点分析等作业指导文件统一审核尺度，保证审核活动的专业性、一致性与可追溯性。
服务网络。公司总部设于杭州，下设上海、宁波、金华等分公司，形成立足浙江、辐射长三角、面向全国的服务网络，就近响应客户需求。
数字运营。公司自主建设 ERP 认证管理系统，实现认证申请受理、申请评审、审核方案策划、审核实施、复核与认证决定、证书制作发放、监督审核与再认证的全过程信息化、流程化管控，确保服务时效与案卷质量。
增值服务。在认证基础上提供标准宣贯、管理体系建设与改进建议等延伸服务，帮助获证组织把体系要求融入业务流程，实现管理提升与绩效改善。
独立运作：认证决定、审核组选派、复核审查三权分离，审核组与受审核方无利益关联，审核员从严聘用、持续考核。
平等开放：认证服务向所有合法申请组织开放，不附加不正当条件，不以组织规模、协会身份或获证数量作为提供服务的前提。
风险可控：建立风险识别与评估机制，设立风险保障基金，落实风险应对措施并持续改进。
持续改进：定期开展内部审核与管理评审、行业评审。
国际接轨：积极响应 IAF 关于在管理体系标准中增加气候变化考虑的联合公报及决议，在审核策划中嵌入相关关注点。

Organization Profile
Euroswiss Certification Co., Ltd. (ESC) is an independent third-party certification body approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) and accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). Established in 2016 and headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, ESC serves organizations throughout China, delivering professional, objective and impartial conformity assessment services.

CNAS accreditation registration No. CNAS C258-M, granted in December 2021; certificates issued within the accredited scope are covered by international mutual recognition arrangements.
ESC operates in strict conformity with CNAS-CC01, CNAS-CC105 and CNAS-CC125, and with the GB/T 19011 guidelines for auditing management systems. All certification rules are filed with CNCA and are publicly accessible.
Management system certification: ISO 9001 quality management (including GB/T 50430 for construction enterprises), ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety, ISO/IEC 27001 information security management, and ISO/IEC 20000 IT service management.
Service certification: construction and building services, intangible assets and land services, wholesale and retail services, accommodation and food & beverage services, transport services, real estate services, scientific research and professional services, production services on a fee or contract basis, sewage and waste disposal, and public health and other environmental protection services.
Service network. With its head office in Hangzhou and branches in Shanghai, Ningbo and Jinhua, ESC provides responsive, locally available service across the Yangtze River Delta and beyond.
Technical competence. Technical fields are analysed and auditors' professional competence is evaluated against accreditation requirements, with documented technical guidance applied to keep audit judgement consistent, professional and traceable.
Digital operation. An in-house ERP certification management platform covers the entire process, from application intake, application review and audit programme planning to audit execution, review, certification decision, certificate issuance, surveillance and recertification.
Impartiality. An impartiality committee oversees and mitigates risks arising from self-interest, self-review, familiarity and intimidation. Certification services are open to all legitimate applicants; no condition is attached on the basis of organizational size, association membership or the number of certificates held. ESC is financially independent, maintains a risk reserve fund, and treats client information as strictly confidential.
